◎構造(zao)及工作(zuo)過程
氣浮(fu)(fu)分離技術是指空(kong)氣與(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)在(zai)一定的工作壓力下,使氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)最大限度(du)的溶(rong)入水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong),力求處于飽和(he)狀態,然后把所形成的壓力溶(rong)氣水(shui)(shui)(shui)通過減壓釋放,產生大量的微(wei)細氣泡(pao),與(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的懸(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)絮體(ti)(ti)(ti)充(chong)分接(jie)觸,使水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)懸(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)絮體(ti)(ti)(ti)粘附(fu)在(zai)微(wei)氣泡(pao)上,隨氣泡(pao)一起浮(fu)(fu)到水(shui)(shui)(shui)面,形成浮(fu)(fu)渣并刮(gua)去浮(fu)(fu)渣,從而凈(jing)化水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)。

針對傳統氣(qi)(qi)浮(fu)池(chi)的(de)(de)不足(zu)之(zhi)處,把它的(de)(de)原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)口和凈(jing)化水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)出口設計為(wei)(wei)移(yi)動式,以縮短原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氣(qi)(qi)泡(pao)(pao)上(shang)浮(fu)時間,也就(jiu)是原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流向氣(qi)(qi)浮(fu)池(chi)的(de)(de)同時,池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)向原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流出的(de)(de)相反(fan)方(fang)(fang)向移(yi)動,使(shi)進(jin)入到池(chi)子中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)基本上(shang)處于(yu)相對靜止的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態,這樣水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)泡(pao)(pao)則沿著(zhu)垂直方(fang)(fang)向浮(fu)向水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面,浮(fu)起速(su)度接(jie)近原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)固(gu)形(xing)物上(shang)浮(fu)速(su)度(4~10cm/min),因此(ci)原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)懸浮(fu)物能很快浮(fu)到水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面上(shang),而(er)浮(fu)渣下的(de)(de)凈(jing)化水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)仍停留在原處,當(dang)凈(jing)化水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)移(yi)到此(ci)處時,凈(jing)化水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)能排到池(chi)外。為(wei)(wei)了使(shi)進(jin)、出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口能同步移(yi)動,該機設計成圓形(xing),進(jin)、出口管(guan)安放(fang)在轉(zhuan)架(jia)上(shang),使(shi)它圍繞著(zhu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心轉(zhuan)動,這種移(yi)動的(de)(de)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)(fang)式產生“零速(su)"。原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)懸浮(fu)物從水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)浮(fu)到表面的(de)(de)速(su)度快,三(san)分鐘原水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)能達(da)到凈(jing)化要求。
