◆構造及工作過程
紡織廢水處理設備圓形淺層氣浮池運用了氣浮分離技術,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)分離技術是指空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)與(yu)水(shui)(shui)在(zai)一定的工作(zuo)壓力下,使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體最(zui)大限度(du)的溶(rong)(rong)入水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong),力求(qiu)處于飽和狀態(tai),然后把所形(xing)(xing)成的壓力溶(rong)(rong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)通(tong)過減壓釋放(fang),產(chan)生(sheng)大量的微細氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao),與(yu)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)絮體充分接觸,使(shi)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)絮體粘附在(zai)微氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)上,隨氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)一起浮(fu)(fu)(fu)到水(shui)(shui)面(mian),形(xing)(xing)成浮(fu)(fu)(fu)渣并刮去浮(fu)(fu)(fu)渣,從(cong)而(er)凈化水(shui)(shui)質。
淺層氣浮(fu)池是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)先進的快速氣浮(fu)系統,它在傳(chuan)統氣浮(fu)理論的基礎上,又成功的運(yun)用(yong)了“淺層理論"和“零速原理",通過精心設計,集(ji)絮凝、氣浮(fu)、撇渣、刮泥為(wei)一(yi)(yi)體,是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)水(shui)質凈化(hua)處理的高效設備。
針對(dui)傳統氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)不足之處,把它的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進口和(he)凈(jing)(jing)化(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口設計(ji)為移動(dong)式,以(yi)縮短原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)氣(qi)泡上(shang)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)時(shi)間,也就是原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流向(xiang)氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)布(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)向(xiang)原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)相反方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)移動(dong),使進入到(dao)池(chi)子中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)基(ji)本(ben)上(shang)處于相對(dui)靜止的(de)(de)(de)狀態,這(zhe)樣水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)泡則沿(yan)著(zhu)垂直方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)向(xiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面,浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)起速度(du)接近原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)固形物上(shang)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)速度(du)(4~10cm/min),因此(ci)原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)物能(neng)很快(kuai)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)到(dao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面上(shang),而(er)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)渣(zha)下的(de)(de)(de)凈(jing)(jing)化(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)仍(reng)停留在原(yuan)(yuan)處,當(dang)凈(jing)(jing)化(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)移到(dao)此(ci)處時(shi),凈(jing)(jing)化(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就能(neng)排到(dao)池(chi)外。為了使進、出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口能(neng)同步(bu)移動(dong),該機設計(ji)成圓(yuan)形,進、出(chu)口管(guan)安放在轉架上(shang),使它圍繞著(zhu)中(zhong)(zhong)心轉動(dong),這(zhe)種移動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)布(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)(fang)式產(chan)生(sheng)“零速"。原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)物從水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)到(dao)表(biao)面的(de)(de)(de)速度(du)快(kuai),三(san)分鐘原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就能(neng)達到(dao)凈(jing)(jing)化(hua)要求。
淺(qian)層氣浮池整(zheng)體(ti)呈(cheng)圓柱(zhu)形,結構(gou)(gou)緊湊(cou),池子較淺(qian)。包含池體(ti)、螺旋布(bu)(bu)水(shui)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)、溶氣釋放機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)、旋轉(zhuan)機(ji)(ji)架、集水(shui)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)、撇渣機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)、溶氣系統、回流(liu)水(shui)管(guan)道(dao)及電控(kong)柜等部件。進水(shui)口(kou)、出水(shui)口(kou)和污泥(ni)的排出口(kou)均在(zai)設備(bei)的旋轉(zhuan)區域內,布(bu)(bu)水(shui)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)、集水(shui)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)、溶氣釋放機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)都與(yu)框架緊密連接(jie)在(zai)一(yi)起(qi),圍繞池體(ti)中(zhong)心(xin)轉(zhuan)動。本裝置提供(gong)成套設備(bei)總成及控(kong)制(zhi)系統,通過集中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)與(yu)分(fen)散控(kong)制(zhi)相結合,以使設備(bei)達到最佳運行狀態。
